Accepting ...

It is normal at times to deny our feelings, and try to make our selves feel better. In itself this is okay, but when there is a deep sadness or longing, overlooking it doesn't make it go away.

The answer lies in accepting how we feel inside. And when we do so with our mind - then our heart aligns. Through balancing the heart and the conscious mind, we get in touch with our higher self, and the divine.

I have found that by practicing this I am returned to a positive state, and the assurance that all will work out when it is meant to. Time after time I have seen that this is true! And now I know that whatever my heart longs for will be given. If I accept what is happening in the moment, and keep faith ... my ship will come in ... and it is due ...
