Earlier this week a dear friend visited and we were chatting about our families and times we had shared ... we go back a long way. She then went on to say, "I love life!" These simple words have stayed with me. And yes I am enlightened, and have learnt so much, but what my friend said really brought it home to me how much I love life too!!

I value real life, and all that is beautiful and good in the world, and on this marvellous planet of ours. There is sooo much wonder around us if we just realize this and open our eyes to the beauty that is present. This is what we need to concentrate on, to bring the true world into being ...

In this place of harmony with life negativity can not exist!! But to get to this place one has to tune out to the darkness and embrace the light ...
I adore the sun ... to me there is nothing more beautiful than the sun's rise and the sun's set ... with the sun's set there is always the promise of another dawn ... and this will never end ...
