'Much More than that ...'

It is only recently that I have realized that I am so much more than I thought I was.

Any one who has read my book White Balloons, or followed my first Blog, will know how I think!

Continually I have been evolving, and having more insights into the real nature of life. And I am letting go of the things that no longer serve me. Old patterns are falling away. I am releasing the toxic emotions such as anger, envy, self pity etc. I am detaching from negative thinking...

By doing this I feel so much better. I feel happy and free. My view has expanded and I see that the only way forward is through unconditional love ...  I see myself as one with all of life and the vast cosmos.  We are not alone nor are we cast adrift like flotsam on the sea ...
